In his ever so adventurous travels, Chili Klaus met Alex Bouché from MIDSUMMER back in 2017 when visiting Stavanger, Norway.

Since then they have traded ideas of what hot sauce is, can be, and might become. With 2 year aged yellow Habaneros and 60% passionfruit, this limited edition fermented hot sauce is all about coming together in a time where it’s impossible.
