Pineapple Habanero Saison

Midsummer Pineapple Habanero Saison was a collaboration with Eiker Ølfabrikk – spanning 3 batches of delicious spicyness.

9 month aged habanero mash was mixed into the beer after fermentation, along with lactose and pineapple juice.

The result? A fruity, creamy and spicy saison!
