We proudly present our take on the classic Louisiana-style hot sauce.
It consists of nothing but first-rate jalapeños, vinegar and salt. Aged in bourbon oak barrels for at least 12 months, it carries that delicate MIDSUMMER® twist.
This simple yet complex condiment is truly a team player. Due to the aging of the peppers, it has a mellow heat that doesn’t overpower the experience – while being able to lift just about any dish.
